About The Staten Island Fishing Club

On August 30th 2017 the paperwork for a non profit organization was filed for the Staten Island Fishing Club.

After years of research and interaction with the fishing community we found a need for a diversified fishing club to serve the Staten Island fishing community . So the Staten Island Fishing Club was born. We are a group of saltwater and fresh water fishermen and women who love the sport and care about the community. We are very diversified with members from Surf Fishing, Kayak Fishing, Boat Fishing and Fresh Water Fishing communities. We also have men, women and Jr Members in the club.

We have our General Membership meetings a local VFW so we can help support our local Veterans by paying a rental fee for our meeting space. The Staten Island Fishing Club is a family and community oriented organization that wants to give back by holding charity events and gatherings.

In 2018 our first full year as an organized club we had over 130 members  join the club and have participated in fishing events throughout the season.  Our membership is not only Staten Island residents, we have members from all 5 boroughs of New York City, also from New Jersey and as far away as Florida.

Come join the biggest and most diversified club on Staten Island.
